Rotary Ink-jet Screen Engraver

1. Simple process: Atex Screen Engraver series products are easy to make screen. After color separation, the engravers drive print head to print the images on the flat screen or rotary screen with sensitive film. And, the rotary screen engravers have exposure integration equipment to achieve finishing printing and exposure at the same time.
2. Update design project: Atex series products adopt module design. The print head can be remove, so that it can low the maintain charges just as same as wide format ink-jet printer. Meanwhile, the module design also takes advantage of update space. If there is any update, it is only to change the print heads or relevant modules, not the expensive bodies.
3. Low cost: Direct ink-jet engraver doesn’t need any media to obtain the flat screen or rotary screen. Meanwhile, the screen ink cost is low to save consumption. According to the calculation, the average cost for a medium screen is less than Euro 0.5.
4. High resolution: Atex series products have precise recombination with stepping motor and serve system. The printing resolution can be up to 0.035mm. The 720 dpi resolution can make half tone such complex image to prevent copy and pirate.
5. High printing speed: ATEX series products are much faster than conventional equipment with speed of 6min/ M2. It is the fastest engraver in the world now. The system can step out the developing cycle to satisfy the various market demands.
